Meet Kunti, an eight-year-old streetie with a heart of gold. Despite her bent leg, she radiates happiness and love, captivating the hearts of a caring couple who have been looking out for her since June 2020. Their chance encounter during the peak of COVID sparked a journey of compassion and resilience.

Last October, Kunti faced a serious health challenge when her bent leg became infected with maggots. Thanks to the timely intervention at Curative Pet Hospital, her leg was amputated, marking a successful “rescue” experience for her caregivers.

Recently, tragedy struck again when Kunti suffered multiple injuries, including 2 fractures, intestinal hernia, and hip dislocation, after an unfortunate encounter with a tractor. After exhaustive medical assessments and efforts, she found a ray of hope at CARE, where she is receiving the help she desperately needs.
